About me
I hate these things where you have to write about yourself. I work for the government and have been moving around for the past 8 years to move up in grade. I love trying new foods everywhere I go. I am in the Jackson Mississippi aea now and have yet to find a place I can say, "wow, this is a great find". I just moved from the DFW area and left a lot of great places behind. I love to cook on the weekends when I have time and am not tired from a full day of work. I am a third generation Italian. My grandma is full Italian and turns 80 this year. I am trying to get some of her recipes from her to carry on after she leaves us behind.

Do you have many for eggplant?
How about your sauce or meatballs. These are things that I'm always on the look out for. I've had some wonderful food from a Sicilian mama and it's fantastic, but no recipes for it. I just have to work on figuring out what's in it.
