About me
Well, I just LUUUV too cook, bake, and BBQ. I've been in the kitchen since I was a teen. And I've learned a lot throughout the years. Someday I hope to open my own Diner/Grill where I can serve my dishes to the public. I love things that are cheesy, buttery, crunchy, nutty, and full of chocolate. I'm very good in the kitchen. But there are some things that I haven't mastered yet. I love watching the Food Network. Paula Deen is my favorite. My wife and I recently went to Savannah, Ga and ate at her restaurant. (see picture) That was the highlight of our East coast vacation. I also enjoy watching Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. Bobby Flay, Sandra Lee, Guy's Big Bites, and Dinner Impossible are also some of my favorites. I am hoping to find some good and tasty recipes on this website. I will post some of my own soon. Keep it simple!

If you open a diner/grill... please on the North west side of San Antonio.. by the hospitals! It needs something there besides chain restaurants! Do you know of any in that area?

Hello Drocean, thanks for your comment on the Easy Apple Coffee Cake. There is no water in the recipe, but if yours turned out, that's great.....it may be better with water!! :)
