About me
Well, I just LUUUV too cook, bake, and BBQ. I've been in the kitchen since I was a teen. And I've learned a lot throughout the years. Someday I hope to open my own Diner/Grill where I can serve my dishes to the public. I love things that are cheesy, buttery, crunchy, nutty, and full of chocolate. I'm very good in the kitchen. But there are some things that I haven't mastered yet. I love watching the Food Network. Paula Deen is my favorite. My wife and I recently went to Savannah, Ga and ate at her restaurant. (see picture) That was the highlight of our East coast vacation. I also enjoy watching Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. Bobby Flay, Sandra Lee, Guy's Big Bites, and Dinner Impossible are also some of my favorites. I am hoping to find some good and tasty recipes on this website. I will post some of my own soon. Keep it simple!
