I hope you like the stabilized whipped cream recipe. I just get the Knox unflavored gelatin in an orange and white box at the grocery store. It comes in pre-measured envelopes and you can find it where you find the boxes of the regular jello. Congrats on the first birthday! I just love seeing them dig into their first piece of cake and smearing it all over the place and you won't be feeding him any of that awful hydrogenated fat in cool whip. Good luck! Kristyn
