About me
I started cooking several years ago to find something that my wife and I could do together. Like most of us I have specific tastes so I tend to take recipes apart and modify them. Live in the Ohio Valley, borderland between North and South. So the food I grew up with ranges from Suthren Cookin' to Chicago Chic. Runs the gamut from Southern Fried Chicken to Beef Wellington and everything in between. Recently been going back over my recipes to correct and improve, add pictures, correct spelling, I don't add a lot of recipes lately because I have to try them first. This is not a collection of cookbooks but real family fare that we fix and like.

If your grandson is in his yearly twenties, then you are very right. Hope he doesn't burn kitchen pots the way I do.

I love your recipes very much and the way you adapt them for your taste. Great work!
