About me
I'm an Executive Chef currently working in Richmond, VA. Been cooking now for about fifteen years. I best love grilling in my back yard with friends, except for the mess it leaves behind. I enjoy helping people create new ideas, furthermore I enjoy hearing other people's ideas. I love all foods maybe except for sushi and anything with feta cheese. You don't want to know what I think feta smells like. I hunt in the forests and mountains of VA and fish in the rivers and Chesapeake Bay. There's nothing like grilled fresh venison or rockfish, just hours old!
