Joined because I was searching the net for a buttermilk recipy...ended up doing a beer bread ..this might explain me a bit..never know what I come up with ;). Born n raised in Germany, now Canadian, live on a lil ranch in Manitoba. Only one of the 4 kids lives still at home, but daughter and family lives close enough to come over for a taste test :). Having been a dairy farmer for over 20 years, milk and cheese is close to my heart, eggs have to be fresh from the hen if possible..and the meat is best grown at our place ..and I try to profit as much as I can from my garden. Having said that, I started to work part time.. and dang..time is getting to be a factor.
