About me
I enjoy good food (as I'm sure everyone does on here!) but I hate being presented with an overloaded plate... I love good ingredients, but I hate it when they disappear in an over-prepared recipe... I much prefer resh pasta served with lashings of butter and garlic, with a dash of fresh parmisan on top to some 'poulet au gingembre et qui sais quoi' where you can't actually taste the chicken! I'm not vegetarian, but I don't eat red meat - and I don't drink. I live on my own in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Cooking for one sucks tho... ;-)
