I'm a pesctarian for animal cruelty & ecological reasons - so I look for egg substitutes that way I do not to have to give up my favorites meals. I am also a starving student. What's more I actively look to prove/disprove food & cooking myths. My cooking styles: Although I enjoy cooking I don't have as much time as I'd like, so I look for time-savers while still trying to eat healthy. Things I like: most herbs & spices Dislikes: cilantro, cumin, olives, coriander
