came out very well....I believe it could have been sweeter, but if we are going to add jam, then it is just right.

I just made this for tonight's turkey chilli and I of course had to do quality control tasting ;) It was delicious! I did have to turn the oven down half way through the baking process as I have a gas oven and the heat was a bit much. I also used 1/3 c honey instead of 1/4 for a touch more sweetness. Over all it was super easy and super delicious!

Wonderful!!!!! Thank you for having all honey so I there was no need to figure out the substitutions to make an all honey cornbread. Very good general classic cornbread: light fluffy and rose well! We had it with black eyed peas and jasmine rice! We are feeling lucky! Thank you! :) HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Stirred it in the freezer every hour as spec'ed. Was afraid the whipped cream would loose air if made in the churner. Maybe your cream whipped up better than mine. Used heavy cream but it didn't say what the percentage was.
I have some white chocolate to try another batch, then some milk chocolate. Have to keep the chocolates in the fridge instead of the pantry because it's so darn hot in the house. Haven't turned on the air conditioner yet this year.
Recipe looks awful mousse like to me but I'll take your word for it.
There's nothing at all wrong with frozen mousse.

It is rewarding for me to be a teacher. I love it. My son said to me as he'd been trying to decide what direction to go in college, "Mom, I just hope that whatever I end up doing- that I love my job as much as you do yours." Now that felt rewarding!

From your bio: " implement character building and manners classes into public schools."
Yesss!!! I'm a 2nd gr. teacher. We start off each new school year with a Character Building unit, then carry it throughout the whole year long as part of our character and discipline plan.
