About me
I'm a farm girl at heart living in Smyrna, TN-just outside of Nashville. My husband and I bought our first home last fall and we've started our garden in raised beds. You can read all about it on our blog: www.locallysown.blogspot.com. Plus, we're expanding the sunflowers to include an actual butterfly garden. You just don't see enough butterflies anymore. I enjoy many types and ethnicities of food. At the moment we're eating beautiful asparagus and strawberries. Always gotta enjoy the fruits & veggies when they're in season! We still limit our meat intake and try to incorporate more fish into our diet. As always, Jason and I are tree hugging & animal loving environmentalists that believe natural foods are best for our bodies. So, eat local, organic, and cruelty-free!
