About me
I've worked 25 years in a Wildlife Park here in the Northwest caring for wild animals. I have always had a love of cooking, in fact my mother says, I was cooking as a teenager for her before she got home from work. My family is from the south and everyone I can remember cooked something special. My Grandmother and Mom were great cooks. In my senior year of college studying Wildlife Management I almost left with a friend to go to a cooking school in Paris. Even though I Did not go to Paris, I started cooking everything i could. When i met my wife we both love to cook for friends and family. We even catered Weddings and partys for up to 200 people. Now we are looking forward to a new road in the next half of our life. We are intrested in beinging Inn keepers for a B&B or opening up a soup restaurant. So what a perfect fourm for us to draw from other foodies .
