Love North Carolina’s Outer Banks, I took the Cape Hatteras Light photo before the Light was moved inland while surf fishing at the Point. Unfortunately the Point been shutdown again which continues to hurt the local economy. Enjoy grilled fresh seafood over lump charcoal, fiery cuisines with FLAVOR! Like to experiment when I’m cooking. I guess you can call me an eclectic cook. who enjoys Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Coonass, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Vegetarian and of course low and slow BBQ.
