Grew up in MN and have always had a great love of cooking and some baking (Odd breads are my favorite baking, but I make pretty great cookies despite not having a sweet tooth). Have traveled the world and really love exotic foods. Favorites are Thai, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Middle Eastern/North African.
