About me
I love to cook and try new recipes. I like most Italian food, Mexican food if it isn't too spicy, some fish and most other seafood, some German food and of course American foods. I prefer to use only fresh ingredients if possible but have been known to use a jar of spaghetti sauce and add a bunch of things that I like to give it the taste I want. I have two grills and often have both in use when I have guests for dinner.
