About me
Hello all, I am from the Mentone area of Lookout Mountain in Alabama, high up where it stays relatively cool even in the hot summers we have here. I absolutely LOVE to cook, but only healthy foods. We have completely revised our lifestyle in the past 8 years and now my entire family - myself, my husband, and our three boys - are glowing with health inside and out. You are MOST DEFINITELY what you eat! I hope to share many of my favorite recipes here, both from my collections and those that I have developed on my own. I am looking forward to meeting you all and learning more about cooking from each of the wonderful cooks on this site! Rebecca
