About me
My passion for food has been modified in recent years to include as many healthy food choices as possible. Aside from making the obvious changes in my diet that a lot of us are making these days- more fresh fruit and veggies, less red meat, less sugar, restricting wheat, etc - I'm experimenting a lot with new dishes so as to stop myself from falling back into my former gluttonous ways. My daily diet isn't restrictive. On the contrary, I eat far more creatively than former times when I used to eat whatever I wanted. Now I choose to celebrate creative, healthy, fun dishes with touches of many different cuisines, not just French food like I was taught. I feel better than I have in years. I call this "conscious eating".
