About me
My husband and I own a recruiting business - I recruit clinical professionals in the healthcare industry. Favorite hobbies are cooking and beading. Love to cook for my family and friends and have been told that my cooking is good enough to open my own restaurant. (Don't want those hours, thanks). My specialties are Mexican, good ole' Southern, Thai, and anything in a crockpot. I get Cooking Light magazine and go on their website daily to try new recipes. Grew up in Michigan but transplanted to the South over twenty years ago. Enjoy and love all types ethnic dishes. I'm happy to say that I have two teenagers who have sophisticated palates, love my cooking, but boy do they keep me running! Just wished I could spend more time cooking and trying out new recipes.
