About me
I'm a color sensitive, artsy-fartsy girl with a persnickety pallet. I love food that is homemade, healthy, homegrown, helpful, healing and from the heart. I have eliminated dairy from my diet for health reasons, but love fish so I'm not quite vegan. I am always trying to find new ways to make healthier versions of the old classics and to make super healthy eating appealing to my loved ones.

This was absolutely delicious! It was easy to make, and in fact, I think would be a surprise to any meat eater. highly recommended!
