I like your recipes! My challenge is cooking for my celiac daughter. She will eat just about anything, just not very much of it! Her current favorite is her version of Mac & cheese--made with gf noodles, olive oil & parmesan cheese!!! She's 5 years old. :o) The rest of us can eat anything...so I alter lots of "regular" recipes & experiment with using gf ingredients in place of gluten stuff! The gf chocolate spice cookies really look good!

Gluten free cake mix at a health food store, or can make a flour mixture yourself:1c brown rice flour,1 1/4 c white rice flour, 1/4 c potato starch, 2/3 c tapioca starch, 3/4 c sweet rice flour(at Asian market), 1/3 c arrowroot powder, 2 tsp xatham gum; use this flour recipe in place of flour on your own recipes cup for cup.

I just saw some of your newest Gluten Free recipes..What do you think of the idea of putting Either GF or Gluten Free in recipe ( desert or wheat type) titles?? I've been trying to do that because I sometimes add recipes from the ''old days of wheat''.
