About me
I live in NYC, I have 2 children a boy and girl. son is in Navy and daughter lives with me. I have 2 dogs chihuahua one mix (female) and a long hair teacup (male). I love animals! love cooking, and love singing and all kind of music, but most of all making new friends. Was diagnosed with Celiac over 4 yrs ago. and man changing my way of cooking has been and adventure! but have learn so much and now I try to get everyone to eat and cook gluten free. my speciality is converting Spanish ethnic food gluten free PS: Oh I forgot got a cat too! his name is Trouble aka Mr. V
