About me
Hi!!!!I've been a military wife for many years,my children are now 13 and11.I have been "cooking" for my family with average dinners but now I'm looking to branch out and test my culinary skills.I have alot to learn,but they say practice is perfect.I don't look to be perfect of course but I'm ready to try all types of recipes{I do have a hard time baking).I am mostly interested in Italian,Grilling,Native American,Tex-Mex,and pretty much anything(we don't do shellfish because of allergy).Any buddies and or help(I.e hints in the kitchen),would be very much appreciated. ; > ERIKA
