About me
I'm an ICU nurse, newly a mom, married to a wonderful man. We both LOVE to cook, and really appreciate French cuisine. Real gourmet is good for special occasions, but I love recipes that are easy and quick and TASTE gourmet. My dream is to go to culinary school and open a bakery/chocolate shop. But until then, I'm happy to enjoy every amazing bakery and every amazing chocolate shop I run across.

Just found out I'm allergic to mangoes. That sucks so much! Won't be able to enjoy this recipe anymore....think maybe I could substitute ripe peaches? Or perhaps tomatoes?
Never seen it...but I'll have to check it out. I have a pan of this fudge on my countertop right now. I made it with Dagoba 100% "prima materia" chocolate bars. To die for!
