About me
I love trying to make new things - unless it includes baking (I don't do well with "rules"). My next quest will be making my own BBQ sauce which sounds easy enough but I'm pretty picky about BBQ! And I really want to try pickling soon. I'm a fatkid who LOVES food so cooking is perfect! My husband and I refer to my cooking style as "diva-ing" because I tend to just throw stuff together and even when making a pretty basic recipe I always mess around with it to add my own lil twist. I grew up eating southern meets SoCal by way of Midwest and have a pretty dear love for anything fried! I'm going to Art Institute for culinary arts with the intention of then opening my own lil business - any tips or advice are greatly appreciated! ;-)
