About me
I love to cook for people for appreciate it. If you'd be just as happy with a Big Mac, then I wouldn't want to bother, just being honest. Cooking is a therapy for me, it allows me to be creative and able to see the fruits of my labor quickly. I must admit to being partially addicted to food shows and collecting recipes, alot of which I never try. But, nonetheless, I love reading them and hearing about new ways to combine spices, and different methods of preparing things. it's just alot of fun, come on, that's why we are all on this site. Food is fun!

I'm withdrawing from grouprecipes for the following reason. My one and only recipe had a 5 rating from well over a thousand viewers until I made a couple of suggestions on what I would add, obviously it was taken personally, and a day later, the recipe dropped to a 3. Even on a recipe website, competition exists. Don't need it, thanks to all the other people who were fair. It is a great website though. Peace to all

Cooking is theraputic, there is such a great satisfaction in making people happy with what you have created, and people NEVER forget a good meal. I have friends who live in both Tennessee and Kentucky and I love the southern way of life, and cooking. Thanks for your comments on my Baked Rigatoni With Sausage And Broccoli Rabe. As you may have surmised from the notes, I am in total agreement with you on the drier dishes being a nice change up from the saucier selections.
