Esherbow! I am glad I came to your page or I may have missed all this information- to write to me just go to my page that way I can reply to you..
I wanted to tell you that you can make your own version of gingersnap cookies that are gluten free. Also check out your health food isle, I know at my grocery store they have a variety of delicious gluten free goodies/foods. Even gingerdoodles which you could substitute- check out my C J Gingerdoodle recipe when you have a chance, just substitute the wheat for a gluten free version of flour. Is spelt flour gluten free?
Let me know if you decide to make my Chicken and Chanterelle Delight, it is the best! I'm all out of buttons, which is making me impatient for the new season to start.

In Red Curry recipes..you can put less amount of pepper if you don't like it spicy that doesn't mean you going to have less tast in you dish. Most of Thai dish...when is not spicy and not good...
