About me
I have always loved food and cooking - but recently I was diagnosed with GERD (Acid Reflux) and have had to change my diet completely. I am trying to make food that is still delicious without the addition of tomatoes, citrus, chocolate and mint (which is actually harder than you might think. I am interested in building a base of recipes that I can turn to - that will hopefully also be useful for others. I don't have much time for chatting of corespondingm though, so please don't be offended if I don't reply to your messages. I am here more for information than friendship.
