About me
When asked recently how I survived my early years of moving around, early married poverty. being a young mom away from our families, etc., I said I got through it with the help of the Bible and Betty Crocker. I read both books through a number of times. I learned to braise, make sauces, bake, and be creative with a low budget and lots of time. My kids grew up with the tradition of cooking, and our family still gets together to fellowship around food. I love to experiment, and often fall asleep with a food magazine in bed with me. I am creative and like to make up recipes.
