A transplanted Texan who now lives in NYC with a distinctly vegetarian leaning boyfriend...two worlds definitely collided there! But I now generally stick with beans and legumes...albeit with a little bacon added. ;) Compromises are what makes the world go round! But if you have a great veggie friendly recipe, please share! Mainstream media is so meat heavy...
