I'm looking for true black american southern cooking. I was raised by my grand mother. some of the ingredients in the recipes i have seen, do not ring true to me. My grand mother was born and raised in Jonesboro Louisana,the northern part of the state. I spent the first 10 years of my life there. I am looking to recreate some of the meals I had as a child.
