I usually use 1 TBS of the Greek seasoning to 1/2 cup of olive oil. I use no lemon juice because the mix has lemon peel in it. But you can add more lemon flavor with the rind of a fresh lemon and 1-2 tsp of lemon juice depending on your tastes. It makes an ok salad dressing but I will give you a much better recipe for greek dressing if that's what you want it for.
