    As for the head cheese recipe the only spices I put in were garlic salt and pepper For me I went a little heavy on the pepper, my personal preference

    I use whatever kind I can get for the best $. Some days they are 3 for $1.99 or a bag of 8 for $3.00. I like sunkist lemons the best.

    I usually use 1 TBS of the Greek seasoning to 1/2 cup of olive oil. I use no lemon juice because the mix has lemon peel in it. But you can add more lemon flavor with the rind of a fresh lemon and 1-2 tsp of lemon juice depending on your tastes. It makes an ok salad dressing but I will give you a much better recipe for greek dressing if that's what you want it for.
