About me
I am not a chef at all, in fact I only prepare a decent meal once in 2 to 3 months, when we invite friends over to James Dean Boulevard. We live close to all things food and wine as I am the Argentier for the Chaine des Rotisseurs here in South Africa. On June 30th I was a judge at the Jeunes Commis Rotisseurs competition at ICA Stellenbosch. Altough I did not spot the final winner, I did manage to get the top 3
