Good Morning, Fancypants, Happy to have made you laugh this morning. I stewed a few over how to spell "behemoth" myself.
Thanks for the tip on the turkey pepperoni, I will avoid it and use the real stuff. Have a teriffic day. Toodles, NYM

Hi Fancypants...thanks for being my cooking buddy..:0)

Hi - thanks for being my cooking buddy. I look forward to sharing recipes with you. = )

I'm not sure about splenda but let me know if it turns out. ok? You may be able to substitute the sugar in this recipe with a natural organic sweetener called "stevia" if diabetes is a concern. Good luck with the recipe and hope you enjoy it much. : )

Hey fancypants, I'm so glad to hear the fish sauce turned out well for you - I do love that sauce! I like your addition of couscous...I will be trying that next time. I'm pretty new to preparing couscous, so I may need to ask you for help with that one. Thank you for you nice comments!

I'm glad you came across the spelt pasta recipe on my page, I can tell you that it's the best. No matter what anyone says homemade pasta always tastes better. I would like to get into scrap booking, I have shoe boxes of pictures that need to be hanged or arranged, enlarged, framed etc . I like your avatar.
:)

Welcome by the way.

Marie

I will be getting a few ingredients today---may be Sunday nights dinner! Will leave a comment on the recipe and rate it when we try it.

Hi fancypants - yes, the fish with lemon caper sauce definitely enhances the flavor...nice light sauce, a bit time-consuming but worth the effort. I hope you enjoy it!
