About me
wife to a Yankee man, Mother of 3 young children, I grew up in a Florida -Cuban- influenced environment. So my love of colonial Spanish envelopes my desires and dreams in food. I am not a meat and potato girl- cannot bring myself to eat that variety. I love my rice and vegetables, Fruit, shellfish and other "light" foods. My ideal time? A vine enclosed patio, plush pillows, exotic music, candles, great Sangria and delectable morsels to share with even better friends.
