I visited California many years ago (L.A.) and I´m sure I missed the best part, I mean that L.A. MUST be visited, at least the touristic spots, but I missed the countryside of the state, San Fernando Valley, San Diego and San Francisco should be wait until next time.

I love these handed-down recipes w/no exact measurements. I grew up with recipes as such from my Mother and Grandmother. This sounds like a great autumnal dish.
