About me
I am a part time server who works opposite my wife's full time schedule as to avoid day-care for my two youngsters. So, I end up doing most of the cooking. Unfortunately, it's usually spaghetti, Mac & Cheese, sandwiches, casseroles, and such. That's why I am looking here for some ideas on easy dishes that are healthy and yummy and fairly simple to make.
