About me
OK, here I am. The youngest of 8 and I picked up the bug for cooking from watching my little Italian mom. She's just adorable!! I'll cook up just about anything. I love a challenge in the kitchen and I usually try to improve on most recipes. The only bad thing is that occasionally I will toss something that I made in the garbage if I don't think it's worth eating. My daughter was so shocked when her birthday cake went into the trash and we started all over again. LOL The second cake was a keeper. I'm not a perfectionist in all areas of my life but I sure am in the kitchen. Pizza from scratch, bagels, breads, breakfast, homemade sauce, meatballs, stuffed peps and cabbage, soups, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Italian(of course), pastries, pies, scones, etc.......You name it, I'll try to perfect it.
