About me
I'm a Firefighter from Ohio and have been cooking since I worked at my uncle's Italian restaurant as a teenager. Over the last several years I have been broadening my culinary horizons and have been experimenting with new foods and techniques, sometimes to the horror of my family, but I keep trying, and occasionally get it right :). I came across this site while searching for a recipe and it looked interesting. I hope to interact with others that love cooking and food as much as I do. Caio
