I spent a winter in rapid falls once. I love that area. Wanting to go back really bad. But I like it cooler then hotter, in MO we get both ends of the weather scale!

Re: the cornbread, I had trouble with my cornbread often being dry, until I started using this sour cream recipe. No problems since then. I love jalapenos too but can't get them here, have to be content with mild green chilis. My favorite combo for add-ins is chilis, cheddar and chopped green onion. Yum.... Enjoy trying it!

You know that tea tree oil is also use as is to kill ring worm and foot fungus so it was a great idea for this recipe. Violet flower oil would help with the smell, and wild violet are something like 89 percent anti-bacterial. Great for making soap for kids! I do love this combo!

I have a similar recipe. First I cut the chicken up then I Season the chicken and Flash cook the seasoning into it at a med-heat. then add it to the baking dish with the soups. This makes the chicken more tender and still has the nice color the stovetop gives it. Give it a shot next time you make it.
