About me
I love to cook and eat!! I can throw down for real. I say this with all modesty l! It's just something I can do, thanks to my mom and grandma. I was born in Cuba but raised in DC. I love our food but love equally to cook other ethnic dishes. I'm a professional singer and writer, covering music, art, fashion and FOOD!!! I travel to lots of places and write about them. I cook about 5 days a week for myself and sometimes for friends....I'm always learning new things, new techniques and love to watch the Food Network! I'd love for you to tell me what you think about my food blog where I share traditional Cuban recipes and other Latin fusion foods! I want to grow as much as I can.
