About me
My love of authentic Italian cuisine started when I was just a toddler, in my Nonna's kitchen, helping with the simplest of tasks in preparing the Sunday family dinner. These dinners were heartily enjoyed with much boisterous fellowship by our large Italian family and friends. The wonderful memories of those days are what led me to grow up and make my living sharing these heirloom Italian menus with the public. Hi There! Just wanted to share with you what you inspired me to create when I tripped onto your wonderful Chicken Passatelli Soup.

Flavors,
It MUST be tough finding good prosciutto in Memphis! I'm in PA and close enough to Philadelphia to take advantage of our wonderful Italian market. You know (I know it would be a cheat!) a very, very thin shaving of country ham might work in the prosciutto cups. What do you think? Might be worth a try, anywho.

It really is easy, take my word! I've used it many times when I was just too tired, stressed, etc. to make a 'from scratch' meal. Mama, I think it would be very easy to make
