Love experimenting with flavours but can't beat the good old fave's. Love a good curry served up on a bed of mash and could live on soup.. cooked with good ol' irish love. I'm only part irish as my mum's a Belfast girl but its the best half lol Also love making fruit crumble I'm stewing fruit every week so it can be any flavour but lately its been plums and apple with ginger. I much prefer winter cooking and thank god .. well actually my mum, for my slow cooker. I would be lost in the kitchen without the slow cooker, bread machine, george foreman grill, convection m/w and my newest addition from my best mate, the old fashioned apple core/slicer/peeler. Mostly would be lost without my espresso machine, only a small one but hey there's only me and all the visitors who use it. Makes a great espresso or capuccinoI and thats all I need. Must have that morning cuppa. I'm 34yrs old and I also like reading esp. true crime, love the history channel and the Crime Library online, History esp. medieval and WW2, Gardening, Documentaries and I dabble in aromatherapy and doing up the odd bit of furniture, Craft things like sewing, beading and glass painting but haven't done much lately, but have made a few aromatherapy heatpacks which are great for the aching neck and back.. gotta love arthritis..not! Love cats and really miss my boy Lister who I gave to my parents when I moved interstate in 2003. Unfortunately couldn't take him with..boohoo.
