About me
A single Father of a 10 y/o little boy... I'm a USAF Security Forces Phoenix Raven and have a B.S. Degree in Hotel/Motel/Restaurant Mgt. and love to cook. I've always wished I'd gone onto Culinary School..but it never came to be... I never send my son off to school without a hot breakfast and enjoy his accolades about my cooking... He loves ribs, burgers, pizza and all the foods kid love.. I'm somewhat of a fit~nut and enjoy making otherwise unhealthy fare, healthy. So, my son gets his, so called, cake and eat it too...

Ha!! You're not telling me anything.. I only had 1/2 a sandwich because my 10 y/o ate his and my other 1/2!! The mushrooms and Au jus sounds great.. Heck, I'll probably make it again within the next couple of days...

Hey, Thanks for the comment on the Killer London Broil. You have to make it next time with the onions and mushrooms and also get a can of beef broth and heat up to dip the sandwich in. The kids went crazy over this and there wasn't a single bite left. Take Care :)

Hope you enjoy it.. It's one of my favorites.. If you like spicey then add a bit more crushed red pepper, if not.. just skip the pepper. My next recipe will be a Buffalo Chick

That sounds like it would be a nice one as will.

Pizza can be healthy,I like a whole wheat crust,red onion,plum tomatoes,two types of cheese,and pine nuts.
