  You really have some interesting recipes. This sounds middle Eastern. I love the idea of boiling the garlic and pureeing it with the other ingredients. 5+

  I rated this a 5 because it has foods from my favorite food group - the salt group. Yummy! I really want to make this. I never cook with anchovies and I am anxious to try this. I think these ingredients would give this a rich flavor.

Please try to avoid direct criticism of other foodies. None of us are perfect and this is not a critics forum. Greekgirrrl and floridiangourmet maybe need to lighten up a tad. We don't need a food fight with stuffed grape leaves here. What is authentic Greek, Mexican, Italian? Food and fixing it is a dynamic process.   Hey there i have a tempremental oven that says 120 degrees on the knob but is really 220 degrees in side lol...i will use the toothpick next time i need to probe my brownie rather than a knife it sounds less dangerous :D
