    Lovely! And really easy too. I made this over the weekend after having been given a TON of tomatoes and herbs from friend's garden. I went a little nuts with the herbs since I had so much and so many, and also thew in some spinach and cooked Italian sausage to make it more of a meal. This is an excellent use of a surfeit of tomatoes, and it seems like it would freeze well.

    Fantastic recipe! Though I'm sure it's great as-is, I made a few changes: I substituted quick-cooking steel cut oats for the rolled oats, and used 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 all-purpose flour. Never a raisin lover, I remove them and have been known to use shredded apple instead.
    This morning, I confirmed that the recipe makes wonderful pancakes!

    Ok I cannot see the recipe for the Grand Marnier Icing. It just says to bring the butter to room temp and mix all ingredients together...but where is the recipe? HELP

    Hi! I found your recipe for soft drop molasses cookies; (from your Mom). The list of ingrdients has "1/2 tsp. cloves" listed twice....am I right that this is just a mistake? I am anxious to try these...they sound delicious! thistle
