My husband and I like cross ribs -- the bit of fat they have on them keeps them moist and flavourful. This sounds good -- I will definitely try it -- and welcome to the group

I tried this and loved it. It was messy and a bit difficult, but it turned out wonderfully. The job is much easier when you have an assistant helping out. The fondant was easy
