    Thanks for the visit and the rating on the Apple Oatmeal coffee cake. You might want to take another peak as I've adjusted the sugar-I found that one cup was really just too much for that size of cake.

    Glad you like the stabilized whipped cream. You can use the same amount of gelatin to make cake fillings a little more firm, too. I am going to check out your marshmallow fondant recipe. Have a great day, Kristyn
