About me
I have one son and two grand-daughters. My son loves to cook and find great recipes. I take regular recipes and change them and add healthy subsitues in place of the not so good ones. I don't cook with sugar. I use Agave Nectar. I have a really great Mesquite muffin recipe I put together that I will put on this site when I get a chance. I look forward to meeting many wonderful foodies and sharing new techniques.
