About me
Trained as a chef/baker but burned out on working in restaurants. Finally getting the urge to cook again and enjoying planning and cooking new meals for the wife and 3 young kids. 2 of my kids have severe nut allergies so we are always looking for desserts that are nut free. Of course, when the kids are away, we love our nutty foods! :P

Thanks for pointing out that my runza recipe was posted incomplete foodmojoe. OOPS! I tried to post it on a ultra busy day. I have fixed it so whip some up and enjoy! The last batch I made has fed us twice, once from the freeze on a crazy as can be day. I am SOOO glad they were there, I could still feed the fam a hot healthy meal. FYI, I highly recommend my portabella burgers!
