About me
Trained as a chef/baker but burned out on working in restaurants. Finally getting the urge to cook again and enjoying planning and cooking new meals for the wife and 3 young kids. 2 of my kids have severe nut allergies so we are always looking for desserts that are nut free. Of course, when the kids are away, we love our nutty foods! :P
