About me
I hope you enjoy these free video cooking lessons from my food blog www.foodwishes,com! About Me: After washing dishes and cooking at various local restaurants and diners throughout high school, I graduated from Paul Smith’s College, New York in 1983 with an AAS Degree with Honors in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Over the next 20 plus years, I've held just about every position possible in the food industry. From bartender to cook to chef, I've even managed a gourmet cookie store chain. I later went on to teach at the California Culinary Academy. After almost five years of teaching, I decided to leave the school and followed my dream of teaching a larger audience how to cook.

Chef John I tried your Orzo “Risotto” with Chicken, Sausage and Peppers. I absolutely Loved it! I made it with Andouille instead of Linguisa and Anaheim instead of Pasilla. My family thought that there was too much sausage, but I didn't. For some reason I could not post on your wedsite so I posted here. THX soo much!
